Making a droplet of few microns in a large amount at production level is possible in atomization device (four-fluid nozzle) that our company has developed.

Spray dryer using that atomization device (four-fluid nozzle) is called micro mist dryer.

Characteristics of Four Fluid Nozzle

  1. Spraying the finest and uniformest ?mist(1 to 10 micron) from small to large capacity.
  2. Capable to spray high viscous liquid(up to 5000cp)
  3. Mixing two different liquid makes new kinds of product


Principles of spraying the finest mist

  • Mixed flow of pressured air and liquid is accelerated on a center edge.
  • Two mixed flow from both sides of nozzle collide at the nozzle tip.
  • Shock wave is generated because of high speed of mixed flows.
  • Shock wave makes liquid into the finest mist

Features of Four Fluid Nozzle

  • Can massively spray a single micron droplet
  • Can control the droplet median diameter by changing gas-liquid ratio
  • Particle size distribution is sharp
  • Can continuously spray high viscous liquid since it is external mixed type and there is no nozzle clogging.
  • Can control spraying capacity by adjusting the edge length
